APALLING SERVICE FROM VODACOM. I WOULD CALL THIS *****, OR THEFT.
I've been trying for 2 years to cancel services that Vodacom is incorrectly billing against my account. In March it seemed that I had finally been successful. Besides calling in more than 15 times, spending probably a total of 15 hours on the phone, I also logged 2 VERY NEGATIVE reviews on Hello Peter. I was assured that all the services had been cancelled, and I would get credits that same month. *******. I'm still being billed for one of the services.
HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE. 2 YEARS, AND STILL UNABLE TO FIX THIS MESS. APALLING.
I MA PAYING MONTHLY FOR A LAPTOP THAT WAS SENTR BACK TO VODACOM 8 MONTHS AGO. TO ME THIS IS THEFT.

1) I notified Vodacom that I wished to cancel the subscription (within 5 days of the order)
2) The laptop was collected by Vodacom
3) BUT I AM STILL BEING BILLED.
In case you're battling to find it, the package is linked to the number ***, and consists of 5GB Data, plus a 3 year repayment on a Mecer laptop at R217.39 per month.
