Apalling Service from Vodacom

<p>Myself and my business have been a customer for five years. On average we pay Vodacom about ZAR 30,000 a month, or around ZAR 360,00 a year or around R1.5M for last five years.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last phone I recevied from Vodcaom was faulty and I had the wonderful privelidge of having to take the phone to one of thier franchised repair centres. Guess what, after getting the run around for over a month they have not fixed my phone. It is just a complete and utter joke of a business. I have the privelidge of paying for a service Vodacom does not deliver. Vodacom you are *****ing my money give it back!</p> <p> </p> <p>I speak to all and sundry at this Vodacom brnaded repair shop and guess what none of the actually work for Vodacom they are a franchise. So they now sayng they not Vodacom and not responsbile. Beautiful Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I understand this is small monies for a company like Vodacom so clearly my business is not valued so I will go elsewhere and will advise all of our partners and collegeaues to do the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wake up to yourself Vodacom.</p>
