What exactly is the point of having promotions like 'talking points' when Vodacom has no desire to honor the promotions. I have been to this very same store 6 times, before lockdown and, today and every single time I am told that the phones that quality on the talking points promotion are out of stock. FOR OVER 5 MONTHS?? I DOUBT THAT. WHY BOTHER?? SINCE THESE TYPES OF PROMOTIONS ARE AIMED AT RETAINING CUSTOMERS WHY EXACTLY IS THIS PARTICULAR PROMOTION SO SO NOT EFFECTIVE?? DURING THESE TIMES OF GLOBAL PANDEMICS THE VERY LAST THING WE NEED IS FOR BIG BUSINESS TO CONTINUE TREATING ITS CUSTOMERS WITH NO REGARD WHAT SO EVER. THE SALES PERSON AT THIS SHOP WANTED NO MORE FOR ME TO LEAVE SO THEY COULD DO THEIR STOCK TAKING, SHE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN LESS DISINTERESTED IF SHE TRIED. NOT SUPPRISING BECAUSE VODACOM DID EXACTLY THE SAME TOO. IF I EVER NEEDED A REASON TO USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER, VODACOM JUST GAVE THE PERFECT ONE. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL ROUND.
