Answer calls!! Need to update debit order banking details!!

I have been trying to reach Vodacom Insurance and it is such a nightmare.

I have changed accounts and changed my debit order details to another bank. I have been trying to contact Vodacom Insurance to please update my debit order banking details and also pay for the month whereby they did receive funds in the old account.

I have tried to call numerous times without reaching g a consultant .

This is annoying!!!
