Job nr ********** 0 Huawei P8 Lite was sent in to Vodacom earlier this week due to lagging on phone, they were to do a software update. Next thing they claim the phone has water damage and an amount of R1500 has to be paid extra for the phone to be replaced. This is nonsense! This phone has been nowhere near any water and only required an update. This is the 5th or 6th case of supposed water damage I have heard of from various people making use of Vodacom. Not impressed!!!
