Another VodaCom HORROR STORY

I took out a contract with VodaCom for the P10 and P8lite Huawei phone which was a special they had running about 1year ago..for the past TWO months( 03 May) my P10 phone has been in repairs. When we sent the phone in the first time with Rochelle at the VodaCom store in N1city we had informed her that the phone seems to have some software issue as it keeps updating. The phone was sent to the repair store in Tygervalley 5days after giving the phone to Rochelle as I then received notifications that it has been received by them and they sent me job number updates. Then phone was returned and given the OK by the repair store as they mentioned it was a software issue which to them was fixed as my phone was still under warranty no fees would apply. It came back but when I switched on the phone it had the same problem as if nothing was even done to the phone..I then took it back to VodaCom in N1city where I dealt with Matthew as Rochelle was on leave and he assured me that my phone shall be fixed this being my second attempt 14May where I was given a update that the phone was received on the 20May and there after received a notification that it went to advance repair center. On Monday 27May the phone was back with the identical problem..needless to say it waswaback sentback to repairs on 31May and AGAIN sent to advance repair. On 12 June the phone came back with the identical problem and was promptly sent back to the advance repairs center where they now replaced the motherboard. When my phone arrived at Tygervalley repair center it had now been damaged by the courier..as per conversation with Rochelle the manager at the VodaCom store in N1City on 21 June I am now at the mercy of RAM couriers accepting the quote of about R3000 odd Rand.. what a joke why should i as the customer be inconvenienced for TWO MONTHS ..I guarantee should I have stopped paying my contract the first month I would of received a call from you informing me about this... why is it fine that the contractual agreement can be broken from VodaCom side and not mine..my contract which I am paying R530 for ..Today is Monday 24 June and not once has it been mentioned that I would be given a NEW PHONE in lieu of all my inconvenience which I think I am WAY overdue for. This phone was a gift to my Dad what a horrible experience it has been thus far.

Reviewer Update
Today the 5th of August 3months after this P10 started giving problems after 6attempt of VodaCom repairing this phone and lying and giving my Dad a refurbished phone and saying it was a new phone I am still battling to get any proper service from this VodaCom phone and to think my Dad was with MTN for more than 20years. This refurbished phone is doing the exactly the same thing the previous phone did. It switches off at least 5times a day and by the 5th time it just does not come back on. I don't know what I have to do to get proper service from this franchise for my monies worth.
