Another **** Vodacom Experience

On 2 Feb 2017 I cancelled a 500MB recurring data bundle. Obviously for the month of Feb I was charged for this data bundle and was allocated the data bundle. On 28 February 2017 at 18:22 I had a data balance of 150.31 MB which was to expire on 1 April 2017. However, at 3:54 on 1 March 2017, the data balance on my account was 0MB. Through the night i did not use the data, when I queried this with the call centre I was promised that 'someone' would call me back providing an explanation as to what had happened (ref number 1- ********** ********** ). More than 24 hours later I am still waiting for that 'someone' to call back.

For me this constiutes theft of data as I paid for the data and data was valid till the 1 April 2017.
