Another Vodacom Disappointment

Trying to get any help from Vodacom 'customer care' is really frustrating, and gets worse and worse. My vodamail account has suddenly stopped operating. We had to start paying for it a while ago, without proper warning, so I hoped that at least the service would be good, but this morning I cannot send/receive mails. Trying to get help from 'customer care' is a joke; ther's a lot of talking but no genuine help! Once again, Vodacom has disappointed and I don't know what to say anymore!
