Another unhappy customer part 2

Vodacom

After getting a very kind consultant to contact me and apologising for your mess-up and promises of refunds etc..the situation has taken 2 steps back.

Yesterday you again decucted money from our account, and today I get a mail to claim that we are in arrears....

If I have to make a public scene every day on sosial media etc I will.

I have absolutely no idea what else to do anymore.!!

You keep on taking and taking, not just more money than what you should YOU ARE TAKING MY TIME.

Everyday has started with the frustration of having to deal with you. Is there any way out for me? Or do we have to suck up the deal with the devil until our contracts run out and we are broke?

You have complete monopoly in this situation, taking and taking..

I'm really tired.
