Another unhappy customer

Vodacom...after 17 years of being a client of yours I am utterly disappointed in your customer service. Instead of spending so much money on making your shops looking glamorous you should really consider allocating funds towards training your staff, in the shops and on the so called customer " care" line. For a small fish like myself there is absolutely nothing I can do to get issues sorted or get your attention. Going into a vodashop is USELESS..phoning customer care even more so! What happened to Vodacom? It used to be a one stop shop to get everything sorted. Your staff on the floor and the staff on customer care always have 2 different stories. It's a ongoing frustrating process that gets me nowhere. Every client that walks into your shops are unhappy. Your staff is unhappy..it's by far the most unpleasant experience to deal with you. It's as if nobody is equipped to handle situations at hand. I have no idea what network I will eventually move to, as vodacom was always a pleasure to work with. But I would rather move than tolerate being just another sheep accepting your overpriced uneducated service. ...after 17 year, this is just sad

Dear Vodacom.

I am a person, not a machine.

Automated responses is not making me feel any better about this.

About time you get in touch with humanity again. My husband was told AGAIN that only Vodacom can stop a debit order, we already submitted a form last month because you keep on deducting more than you should. This is theft! The consumer has zero power. Your consultants in the shops tell us the same thing over and over, that Vodacom is in the wrong..yet like clockwork you deduct( *****)..

Obviously the customer's PERSONAL TIME that gets wasted , holding the the line for ever, taking time off from work to try and get answers in person means zip to you.

Hate is a word that I don't resonate with, but I can honestly say I really hate the disrespect you show towards your customers. Your footprint is not something to take any pride in...

Big corporate bully!
