Another PATHETIC Vodacan't fibre service

Vodacom Fibre... They should stick to something they can manage.

I have extreme latency between 7pm and 11pm each night, logged a call last Wednesday. Friday I had to follow up just to hear their pathetic service desk didn't actually log a call. The new agent raised one immediately, and assured me that they will attend to it ASAP. lol. Not really, that means they actually have to DO SOMETHING.

Phoned this morning to be told that someone was assigned yesterday but there's no update yet... Surprised? Not really, that's the reason I moved my cell to MTN. Guess what? I'm canceling now and moving my fibre line to Vox Telecoms. They answered my mail in 1 day and helped me with everything I need to switch to a real ISP.

Vodacom, please just stop. You have proven multiples times that you're incapable of delivering a service.

I have since moved to a proper ISP. The line has no issue on it. It was Vodacom that sells you a "uncapped, unshaped" bundle, but they shape the hell out of your traffic, thus the ridiculous latency.

I will NEVER in my life buy, support or recommend ANYTHING by Vodacom. It's a pity it has come down to this, but asking nicely doesn't seem to work in this country anymore. You PAY for a service, but support seems to be optional.
