Another *****elant sim swaps allowed by Vodacom

Several *****elant sim swaps are being allowed on my Vodacom account.

The first one happendend on the 17/03, I only realized it, after I wanted to use my phone, as I was in India from the 23/02 till 23/03

I went into the Vodashop in Rustenburg, did a LEGAL sim swap, and left for India on the 4/04

Several *****elant sim swaps were attempted on my account, and the one left me with an account of R 8600

Up to date, Vodacom can still not explain why it happenend the first time, and now I must struggle to even get a itemized bill from them??? Why? Why am I not getting assistance? I took my passport to the Vodashop today in Rustenburg, he didn't even make copies or try to assist?

This is not acceptable!!!
