ANOTHER 72 HOURS NO NETWORK -ESCALTE IMMEDIATELY!!!

No network for over 24 hours, and not even 2 weeks ago, we were out for 72 hours. The Eastern Cape connection team has continued to disappoint and fail to deliver to the communities around Port Alfred, Kasouga, Barville, Southwell, and the surrounding areas. These 2 incidents are allegedly due to vandalism of the Barville tower. I have it under good authority that Vodacom is refusing to work with local security companies to protect the tower - so customers suffer due to this. This is not a minor inconvenience - I demand this get escalated to higher management because this is my 12th/13th review on HelloPeter this year. The EC network team needs to be held accountable, and the delivery needs to be improved. Currently, Eskom is providing a better service in the area vs Vodacom.
