Another 2 weeks passed and no promises kept.....

I have no alternative as to voice my utter disgust at Vodacom's COMPLETE LACK of communication and making good on their promises. In short. I bought a phone last year October. It gave problems. It went back 3 times. In the middle of this the phone was exchanged. I traced the IMEI number and it was an almost 2 year old 'rebury' phone. The repair centre denied this. I had documented PROOF. I brought it to Vodacom's attention. After numerous calls and emails and a visit to HelloPeter I was eventually contacted. Vodacom agreed to replace the phone with a NEW one. This was more than 2 weeks ago. I was told within 3 business days. I again wrote on HelloPeter about this. Then suddenly I was contacted again with apologies stating Vodacom thought I have received my new phone. Again after numerous e-mails the short answer is ' We are attending to it'. It was agreed to replace the phone. You have stock. It was authorised. And 3 business days is not 10 or more. Where is the phone? All mails unanswered. I have never experienced such poor service from Vodacom. And the only time I get any response is when I post here...
