Annoyed,disappointed and Angry

I received a call from vodacom offering me a black Friday deal which was R299 for 600G that came with a rooter.I then agreed to the offer and went ahead to give the consultant my full work place address where I needed it to be delivered then next thing I did not receive my parcel then I tried to locate it from skynet where they never even pick up calls.i then realized that the consultant has captured my address wrong.i have been phoning vodacom and skynet but I have been taken from pillar to post.last week I was told I will receive it on Wednesday then I phoned again on Thursday I was told it's on it way. But almost a month later I have not received it.my details were updated since the consultant wrote them wrong.I then phoned vodacom again who referred me to their courier skynet which never pics up.the next thing I received a call from vodacom offering me the same deal that I took but now it has gone up by R50.why would I wanna take the same offer twice with a different price when I never received the first one.i have been a vodacom client for 24 years and I feel like now vodacom is *********** and that you no longer appreciate your customers.you deal with useless couriers like skynet which everyone is complaining about.you also don't take your customers serious.your consultants are unhelpful they don't listen to customers coz why would someone capture the wrong address and why would someone promise customers to deliver but end up not doing so?I regret even taking a cell phone contract with you because the service is pathetic.waiting to almost a month for a parcel is not acceptable and you promise people lies and don't keep up with your word You are unreliable then same way as skynet and that's why we will all move to your competitors coz you do not value us as your customers.i am si disappointed that I had to call in all the time while you guys never cared but you have a nerve to phone me and offer me your deals.i am so done with vodacom I'm even going to cancel my current contract you guys are useless
