Annoyed with Vodacom

<br> I have been having trouble with my sony Xperia L handset.<br> <br> Since the phone is on contract i sent it to Vodacom because it was freezing and switching off on its own, they upgraded the software on that same day and handed it back to me. After a week it started the problem again and on the 15th April 2015 i again took it to Vodacom. It was then booked in and on the 28th April I got an sms on their loan phone to come and fetch my phone ,3 days after collecting it the phone started doing the same thing again.<br> <br> <br> I do not have time to keep going to Vodacom and waiting in the queue and waiting another 14 days to get the phone and lose business yet again. I am fed up, I don't want to take it again and history just repeating itself.<br> <br> I just want vodacom to take the faulty phone and issue me with another handset that is not a Sonny xperia due to all the issues that I have been experiencing with the xperia<br> <br> After all I am paying a lot of money for the contract.<br>
