Annoyed Vodacom customer
I had a contract phone with Vodacom now this company keeps calling all the contacts i had on my phone looking for my spouse who took the contract out for me, i fail to understand why they invading my contacts and harassing them it's terribly annoying getting calls daily because of some stupid company, so I believe Vodacom is also at fault and I'm not willing to settle the money we owe them.

16 Oct 2020, 13:50Yes, i received a call from one of your consultants who told me that you will keep calling my contacts till we settle the amount, hows that helpful? at this stage i don't think i'm keen on even considering settling that amount. This is upsetting.
