So will vodacom ignore my requests? I am stuck with a phone that does not work. No one is assisting me over the phone and I am taken from pillar to post, If I do not get assisted by today I am gonna go ahead also by reporting to Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman if this matter is not dealt with, by today. I hate when I am treated like an illiterate.
