Annoyed customer

I wish there was a lower than a 1 star rating, I have never in my life come across such an inefficient company. Having been a customer for 20 odd years you would think your queries would be resolved , a Vodacom error should not be the issue of the client. I am highly annoyed and will not be extending any further contracts going forward.
