ANNOYED BY VODACOM

I bought airtime and converted to 1GB data at 03:45 on Thursday, 22 August 2019. The balance never changed and Vodacom agents are nowhere to be found to fix this mess. The stupid bot has been logging a callback from a human since 03:50 on Thursday morning and I've still not received a call and no data from Vodacom...this data expires in 7 days and I haven't used any of it for 2 days now... I'm seriously considering leaving this ****ty network, just like their staff did!!!!!
