Annoyed by Vodacom...

Vodacom is really starting to annoy me now, I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years now. Yesterday I bought data for Whatsapp only which expires on the 19th of August 2019, and it magically got stuck and it's not working and this is the second time this happens with no help at all from Vodacom. My airtime just vanished into thin air and now I am trying to buy data again which got ****** and I can't because they claim that I have insufficient funds whereas I just bought over R60 worth of airtime just trying to buy a R35 Whatsapp ticket. I want my airtime back Vodacom, and I need to cancel this damn contract.
