Annoyed as hell
I sent my phone for repairs since January this year only yesterday I got a sms that it’s ready for collection. When I get there I get a story that the tech guy needs to realise it I cannot collect today. Your debit order you get it month with no stories but for a phone to be repaired it takes month. I want that phone by Saturday I can’t keep calling each time being told that you are still awaiting for parts. I’m not happy with the service or you can cancel my contract

21 Apr 2022, 13:24I’m trying to call vodacom repairs no answer. Will ever get the phone back cause this is not working out. Some guy from the social media from vodacom called and asked for the job number that was on Tuesday no feedback til now.
