Annoyed and dissatisfied loyal client

I’m so dissatisfied with the service received from Vodacom. I called them requesting assistance with my phone wiping off my data in a few seconds: and this is a problem that has happened before…but instead of helping me; the guy just said I must close apps and go to the store! I’ve been a loyal vodacom customer for years! And this is the service I get!!
