Annoyed

I've been trying to get Vodacom contract from last year, so everytime when I tried to apply they tell me the is a ***** alert under my name.But the funny part is that when am calling them they say they don't see anything on their side but when am on the branch they can't help me.yesterday and today I called them again just to confirm but the consultant that I spoke with he said he doesn't see anything. I then went to the branch today and they said they can't assist because it shows them that ***** alert thing and the worse part the agent who was assisting me she didn't bother to call as the one did try to call them before like she was look like bored.So vodacom I will appreciate if you can tell to not have contract with you
