Anita Pamla - Jewel of the service industry

For those that know me, I hate bad service and there is so much of it around. At the same time, when I get good service, I feel we should all point to good examples. Today I had the privilege of experiencing one of the best examples of service I have ever encountered. This young lady, Anita Pamla, is a jewel in this service industry. We all know that this is a very difficult industry and verbal abuse from anger and frustration is frequently the case. Anita immediately gave me the impression that she was there to do her best to help. I must say that she would put Job to shame when it comes to patience and understanding. She was just amazing. Obviously she knows the Vodacom services well and for an hour worked through all the issues to clear up my problems, some of which I did not even know existed. She let me know what was happening so that I could understand. I could go on if there was not limited space. Well done Anita, you will do well in this world. May you be greatly blessed in your work and also personal life.
