Angry With The Vodacom Repair Centre

I took out a cellular contract through one of the Vodacom franchise stores,Early December i took my Sony Z1 compact back to the store because the handset was completely dead and refused to power on or charge,Theythen sent it to the Vodacom repair centre in Polokwane,3 weeks later the phone is sent back to the store not repaired and the technician noted on the receipt that the handset is not a vodacom handset ,so i was upset because what does that even mean when i took out the contract at a vodacom store ,so i called the Vodacom repair call centre and the consultant over the phone was confused and said on his system the IMEI number picks up that the handset is infact a Vodacom handset and i must take it back to the store and get them to send the phone back for repairs which i did ,this morning i called the repair call centre on *** and spoke to a lady ,she says the phone was not repaired and on its way back to the store because the repair center again says its not a vodacom handset but on her side it shows the handset was provided by vodacom ....how can they say its not a vodacom handset when i clearly have proof that i got the phone from vodacom
