ANGRY PENSIONER!! false sales, taking my money!!

ON BEHALF OF MRS LOGIE: I had a 5GB wifi router package with my cell contract, in June 2018 i was contacted with a brilliant offer to add 2GB data to the 5GB, and a laptop package for around about the same value of my contract. Only to find out that my 5GB package was changed to a 2GB. When i had found this out, I had not been given what was sold to me, so i cancelled the upgrade and reverted back to my original 5GB router package, On my next statement i find out that on 2 X the amount was deducted from my bank account, Vodacom verified that the contract had been reverted and my account credited with the extra fee, which has been done. In August 2018, there should not have been a deduction on my account because of the credit i received from double deduction. In September 2018, my bank account was debited with R5980.60, only to my horror Vodacom says that this is for the laptop which i returned in JUNE!! After numerous calls to customer care, we are informed that the R5980.60 has been credited to my VODACOM account and not my PERSONAL account. How on earth do you expect a pensioner to fork out most of her pension for a Vodacom mistake and not refund the money to the bank account! I have contacted Vodacom AGAIN today, who now confirm that i need to discuss this with the sales department!! Sales department have now informed me that the refund into my personal account will only happen in 21 days (05 November 2018)!! The original debit order should be R357.49 (with the 5GB router and my cellphone) and I am now informed that the amount is R399.88, all i want is my original Vodacom packages back and my R5980.60 back into my personal account!! One ANGRY PENSIONER! I am disgusted in the manner in which Vodacom has handled this issue, I expect this to be escalated to top management and expect a speedier reimbur*****t!

Guess what Vodacom, it is now the 05th November 2018 and the funds are still not in the bank account! We have been more than patient with you and we expect a proper response, instead of an apology.
