Angry disgusted client

Good day

Please assist as this is realy annoying and i am now losing hope been calling and everyone is saying a different thing i am now been forced to pay for what i did not agree on..we been calling to explain but we been pushed from pillar to post.. i had 5 gig data contract on the contract is ending i was called from the vodacom sales and offered a contract for 100 gig with 2 sim cards the agent said i am going to pay 300 for that 100 gig with a router..but i was the debited more than what we agreed on.i have been taken from one department to another. They promised to cancel that contract and come pick the router back even today we still have the router that is not working.they said they coming to collect up since July..they then said the contract will be cancelled on which i believe i should be credited the months i did not use that router and also the extra charge on which i was told i was going to pay 300 for the 100 gig..they then offered me another contract for a double deal for 2 oppo phones on which i dont have a problem on that one. My problem is that all my phone's are blocked because of Vodacom mistakes i am now been harrased to pay as i was told i was going to be listed for what i dont understand..

The ref numbers that were logged *** for collection..but they did not say anything about the refund..kindly assist as i am tired of speaking to people who dont understand..my contact number *** account number I***-1 Id ***

SORT THIS OUT AS I AM TIRED OF BEEN TAKEN FROM PILLAR..YOU CAN GO THROUGH ALL MY CALL FROM VODACOM SALES..I AM TIRED...I JUST MADE AN ARRANGED JUST TO GET MY PHONE UNLOCKED..I WANT THIS ARRANGEMENT TO BE CANCELLED AS I AM JUST PAYING TO GET MAY RECORD STRAIGHT.I WANT A CREDIT FOR THIS 100 GIG CONTRACT.I AM A PENSIONER WERE AM I GOING TO GET THIS MONEY
