Angry customers

I actually do not have words to describe how Vodacom is de*****ing customers. If you are in arrears and mak a payment plan over a certain period they add that period back onto your contract whcj effectively will always stay in arrears as you are trying to terminate an expired contract. They let you go onto prepaid which is great ,but then come the threatening sms that your number will b canceled. How do you put an end to this abuse. I am 💯 sure I am not the only one. So over Vodacom. 😑
