Angry customer

After 2 reviews on Hallo Peter, somebody called me. She will investigate the matter and jeep me up to date. She wrote a email, confirming what I told her, on the 15th of April. It has been a month and since that mail, nothing and once again nothing, I have send a email again, but only receive a computer reply. Useless
