Angry customer

Have been a loyal customer of vodacom for the past 9 years nd I get disappointed when I experience such bad service from a person they made shop manager,that woman is gonna make vodacom lose customers in future if she continues with her attitude..

I app**** for an iPhone XS last week and got a call to come and collect it they have received stock only to be told I have to bring proof of address my contract is not yet approved but i did an upgrade and had signed all the documents,..took the proof of address the next day and it was another story until we had a roar in the store to get what am gonna pay for..the consultant Kaleigh was sweet I don't want to lie she wanted to assist me but the manager who looks down on people she has no idea of kept calling her at the back and she'll come with a lame story once again ..

Maria Chrisjan is a sorry excuse of a woman in a managers badge,she gave me a nasty attitude from the get go or maybe she looks down on people "black"more especially because every white person was being assisted so fast without questions..I honestly thought ****** ended a long time ago

I think it's best they label 'iPhones for WHITES ONLY" at their door am so ****ed to the highest level
