Angry Customer

I regret ever opening a contract with Vodacom, I told them to pull my Debit Orders on the 22 of every month, that never happened and now I am on arrears because of them. When I try to pay the money they are always offline or they transfer me to different departments. I am sick and tired of dealing with them all I want is for them to send me an arrangement letter so that I can pay this damn money!!
