Angry consumer!!!

A month ago I complained about Vodacom`s thievery in falsely "gifting" me with 2 devices and then sneakily adding a 2 year contract for each device onto my account after adamantly confirming that the devices were gifts and would not be charged for. Once I had complained on Hello Peter, I did get a response from Vodacom and the issue seemed to be dealt with where an apology was made and that these 2 ********** contracts would be cancelled with immediate effect and a credit passed so I was very happy with the supposed solution at that stage. However, I have just received my statement and it is a complete **** up as they did credit me but then swiftly added on a charge for the balance of the contract with penalties and now I have tried to get through to their departments with no luck after holding the line for 30 minutes!!! At the end of my tether with Vodacom and trusting that by once again complaining on Hello Peter that I will get this issue sorted once and for all!!!!!!!!!! Fuming!!!!!
