Angry Client

<p>On the 23rd January I went to Cellucity in Walmer Park Port Elizabeth to open a new Contract for my wife. My account no is I ********** . On the form that I filled out I indicated my debit order date must be the 21st of every month which will be R199. On the 26th January an amount of R246 was debited which i was aware of because of connection fee and first month pro rata. I have no problem with that. Last week on the 7th February I got an sms stating R199.00 was debited to my account. I phoned Vodacom and was advised that my debit order date is the 7th of every month. I advised them this is incorrect. They said where I opened the contract that is the date they captured. I double checked my documents I filled in and it is very clearly written the 21st of every month. The Call Centre then amended this for me. I have now been charged an unpaid fee of R115 on my account as there was no available funds and the debit order was unpaid. This has now effected by credit rating on my account as well my bank has charged me a unpaid fee for something that is not my fault. please advise me how is Vodacom going to sort out my credit rating and reimburse me my money for the unpaid fee and the embarrassment and inconvenience you have caused me. The contract is for phone number ********** 411 but my number is ********** 781.</p>
