I have experienced the worst kind of service by Vodacom.... Vodacom is failing and keeps on taking money but when they have to deliver they don't. I have booked my phone for repairs and they keep returning it without fixing it meanwhile I have took insurance and pay for such every month. I struggling to understand what am I paying for, this happening for the 3rd time and giving stupid reasons. I'm so disgusted by the level of mediocre service rendered... Vodacom is nonsense

11 Sept 2019, 15:33I'm still disgusted to say the least, I have to keep calling Vodacom and they fail yet again to resolve my problem. What makes me more angry is that the so called manager by the name of Sarah Mbovu keeps avoiding me and never calls me as I was informed that she will do so. What kind of relationship does this company have with the customers if they fail to honor a simple thing like calling back a customer? I spoke to quite a number of people namely Luigy, Chloe, Mathapelo, Ester and Thato unfortunately all of them seems to be puppets as the failed to resolve my query and I'm expected to carry on paying for services that somehow does not benefit me!!! This is total **** and no one deserves to be treated like trash as they are doing to me!!! What a an inconvenience this is. Vodacom and Finrite are the most appalling service providers... NONSENSE.... VODACOM SUCKS!!!!!!!
