ANGRY AND DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

My problem with Vodacom of upgrading my contracts is still not yet resolved. Vodacom is well aware of what Comit Technologies is doing to their clients and they do nothing about it. The very Comit guy who decided to upgrade my contracts without my consent has the audacity of sending me a quotation regarding my *** number yesterday night. I'm surprised because I normally upgrade with phones and now the very upgrade on this number is only for airtime. My child has no phone as I write to you because she's using the phone for her school work and now it's exam time and she's stuck because of some selfish and greedy consultants who are thirsty for commission. I requested that all my contracts be cancelled with immediate effect and nothing has been done at this point. I got a call from a lady by the name of Olivia from Vodacom on Friday after reading my review and promised to check my contract status and promised to call me back the same Friday with an update and she never called back. The lack of assistance from the management is disappointing as they're aware of the frustrations customers are going through because of Comit consultants and they're just folding their hands and throwing the cases under the bus. I again need my contracts to cancelled with immediate effect as my daughter is suffering at your greediness.
