Angeliques the manager is very rude

Angelique, the manager if the shop should be be appointed in that position. She is arogant, rude, unprofessional, emotional and base her argument on false information. When I daid to her: "Ag come on." She insinuated that I used the Lords name in vain and that she doesn't talk to people like me. I have the recording if the shop owner wants to listen to it. She alao threw the phone down in my ear. In the shop she was extremely aggressive. Is that how a manager of a public shop should behave? She won't even appologise for insinuating that ai use the Lord name in vain. This is unaccepta le. Wish the owner of the shop reads this.
