Androna (sale consultant) restores faith in Vodacom

Androna , a sales consultant at Vodacom, took ownership of the non delivery of my upgrade phone. After a number of attempts to expedite the delivery of my upgrade phone, I was told that the delay in delivery (according to various other consultants) caused by a Vodacom system error , which was not their problem. Androna however made it her problem, she not only arranged the correction on the Vodacom system, but also ensured that the phone was dispatched to their courier for the delivery on the same day. What I appreciate most of all, was that she kept me informed of the progress she made. She provided me with a tracking number, which to enabled me to track delivery and also corrected the wrong delivery address that a other sales agent took down incorrectly. I have been a customer of Vodacom for more than twenty years and have never experienced customer service like I received from Androna. Thank you so much for going the extra mile Androna!!
