Vodacom is a ****, buying phones on contract and you fully paying them and cancelling contract and they don't cancel, have been on the phone with more that 6 people trying to cancel these contract since April in all that I was listed on Clear score as a bad payer and again call them you are being sent from pillar to post since March, the whole week last week I have been in contact with the and on Friday it was confirm that I was not crazy and Vodacom owes me money R1500 spoke to a lady by Bontle and she advised that the money will be paid back in my account within 72hrs, after that a message was sent that they won't refund me and will use the money to pay my dept. of October, no one is willing to tell me what debt are they talking about if my contract was from 2022-04-04 to 202404-04-04 and fully paid by then and after you are told you owe money and no one is willing to advise what is it for and even upon on requesting a paid-up letter and still struggle for that
