***** and theft - documents provided NOT signed by us (client)

It has come to our attention that Vodacom has been *****ulently billing us for the past six months.

We signed an application form for a fiber promo contract which stated the first 6 months would be billed at half price (instead of R599, the billing should have been R249).

We have learned that: a. The full amount of R599 has been debited - despite us signing a document saying otherwise and b. the signature on the forms that WERE submitted by the sales agent (named here as 'application form' and 'simpli quote' ) were NOT the forms we signed and were submitted *****ulently as they were signed by said sales agent. (where it says customer signature, she has signed her own signature).

It can clearly be seen that the black and white forms have my name and signature on them (L Palm) and the other form has some other signature on - NOT ours, Which makes that form null and void and *****ulent.

We will be pursuing a case of theft and ***** against both the service provider and sales agent in question, known to us only as 'Mishca'.

I have CC'd the service provider here and appallingly, the person who said they were dealing with this, Paul Hendricks, who told us over a week ago this was being attended to, has not rep**** since. They have made zero effort to address and/or resolve this very serious matter.

We have over a dozen reference numbers from you, from over a week ago and one email, not an automated reply, from Paul Hendricks, saying this is being attended to but so far no further replies via email or calls or any attempt at communication. Really shoddy business practice. My contact number is ***. If someone calls me and this is resolved quickly with a sincere apology, we may decide not to open a case. But as it stands, on principle, our plan is to go to the courts and file charges of theft and *****. Perhaps you think it's a empty threat, that's fine.

I see Vodacom has received almost 100% 1 star negative reviews with regards to service and billing, so now I am going to get in touch with each and every one of those people and chat to an attorney about filing a class action suite, as soon as I have enough people on board. Really beyond shocking!
