And the standard just keeps dropping.

My request was simple. Vodacom as an ISP should stop Spamming me. Having gone as far up as ECLO to explain that there are laws preventing them from repeatedly sending spam, and even subscribing me to services without permission, I simply get the Stalingrad defense that Jacob Zuma also uses.

Just pretend I don't exist, and hopefully wont start a class action lawsuit.

Why am I so sensitive to this issue? Because I have a child that uses one of my lines and gets subscribed without reason. I can confirm that there was zero opt-in.

To put it Simply: Vodacom wipes it's @ss with the law.

Their latest excuse... The lady dealing with my case for 3 weeks now no longer works in that department. No replacement found.

It is also my own fault for letting this go on for so many years. I at least have started terminating all my accounts with them. 3 out of 6 so far.

Just a reminder that I have yet received more of the Spam and that I am documenting it carefully for the possibility of a case with Icasa.
