AND STILL WE WAIT...........

OH THIS IS GETTING STALE!

I have still not had a response, despite three reviews.

Herewith the series.

I was told that I would have an answer to my third rant by today, its now 3:20pm and not a word of response to my second or third, so where are you hiding Vodacom?

Good Morning Vodacom, your tactics do not surprise me. After *****ing money from my bank account and then trying to ***** more, you are now stooping to an all time low...Let me explain.

I receive an sms on Tuesday evening 19:54 to say if have 247mb of data, then it says Keep your in-bundle rate, buy a data bundle by dialling *111#, which i immediately did. I purchsed the 2G of data (I screen shot the purchase because I have learnt how you deal with the average joe) Wednesday 17:26 I receive another sms saying I have 97MB of data??? ***, I only just topped up yesterday. So i cant chance out of bundle rates, so I once again purchase 2G's and I take a screen shot of that! Still on Wednesday, I recive yet another sms at 19:35, saying that I have 49MB of data, so I buy ANOTHER 2G's.....

I arrive at work on Thursday morning, concerned that all these data purchases are not working (hahaha nice trick Voda) so I logon my laptop to the web and purchase yet another 2G's and I dont need a screen shot, I receive a beautiful invoice in my inbox (you forgot that you send proof). This beautiful Friday morning, I awaken to the delightful ping on my phone at 05:27, with the ever inspirational message "You've used out-of bundle data to the value of R9 on ***!!!!!!!

So people if I go into a Vodacom store or a Bank or any other store and take goods will I not be severely dealt with? Why then are these ******* allowed to continue...

I am going to decorate Hello Peter, Facebook and any other social media until VODACOM ADMITS AND APOLOGIZES FOR *****ING FROM US!

For the sake of continuity below is my rant from earlier this week which is the second of the series, WE STOLE HEATHERS' MONEY BUT SHE CAUGHT US...

Dear Vodacom,

Your ineptitude has once again reached a momentous low. You should have been at the opening of parliament, you would have blended right in!

Once again I am charged twice for data. In December a whopping R16,000.00 was deducted from my account for data that I did not use I eventually received a credit, the amount was not correct, but i took what I could to get this over with, they DO NOT REFUND THEIR CLIENTS THE CASH THEY STOLE, AND YES VODACOM, THIS IS THEFT! Once again I have my laughable account to prove that I buy top up data bundles, and yet I am still charged out of bundle rates in addition to my data bundle purchases. Needless to say I was at the office 9 hours a day in Jan using company wi-fi, so i will never know how I can accumulate R4,656 worth of data???????????

Since the last fiasco, my street address has also suddenly changed??? There is no Polo-Pony Road in KZN.

So I will be tasked to phoning an inept call center and logging my complaint, all the while i should be earning a living. This takes time and effort and is exhausting, I should sue for loss of income (any suggestions of an advocate that would like this case) I am sure there are many unhappy vodacom subscribers. I have already given Vodacom notice and have taken my money elsewhere, but my parting gift from Vodacom is unwanted.
