AND SO IT GOES.
SO one gets hold of these people and shows as well as proves that one did not get a sms showing data limits as they deplete. They can see this on their screens while you are talking to them. You now reload data on a number and still get no notification while you are busy on the computer to say you have loaded data. They admit they made a mistake quite openly and apologise profusely. Do you get your runaway data back as a refund. GUESS NO!
