******* and RUDE AGENTS!!!...do not know anything about customer service!!!

No one wants to take accountability of wrong billing, agents also talking over me, so unprofessional...had fiber installed on the 25th Sept, and for the 5 days i used in Sept I was billed a full month, how is that possible??? Also the sales agent i was dealing with assured me i will be only paying R299 as the deal is R299, but was debited R677.79 which i asked her when i saw the invoice and she said it will be rectified and i will pay R299 at the end of the month, now no one wants to take accountability, I'm left with a hefty bill!!!.
