********* and quit frankly, useless

I was called by a call centre contractor who *********ly sold me a package with a phone I clearly told her I did not want. She proceeded to tell me that the phone was not charged for and was "included in my package". I have subsequently been paying for this phone every month. Once I became aware of the charge, I requested the phone recording from Vodacom, which I have not received in over 2 months. Instead after numerous attempts (phone calls and emails), Verona (also a Vodacom contractor) sent me a mail telling me that "the call was audited and upgrades were processed legitimately". I proceeded to ask for this recording, as I am very much aware of what was said by both parties and the deceipt that took place. To date, once again after numerous attempts, I still have nothing/no recording to prove my case. Vodacom clearly does not care abut their customers, nor selling in ********* ways. So very disappointed!
