And here we go again

So after months of Vodacom where they didn't cancel the contract - numerous emails, phone calls, sms's -

I hear nothing, no more ******* debits coming off my account that I needed to have stopped and I am enternally grateful -

then low and behold I received a Debt Letter - but this shows exactly how inefficient Vodacom really is -

They have permanantly disconnected from from their services - strike one - I am with another service provider!

Strike 2 - strike 2 - when you try phone the number on the debt letter and it makes you enter you cell phone number - it says that they do not have my number listed - I wonder why

Thirdly they are going to hand me over - please do so, as the frustration of dealing with your company is immense - and the minute you affect my credit rating or hand me to the Legal Department - please understand the consequences for yourself as I will counter sue at the drop of a hat.

Oh yes and low and behold for some reason they have my address in Pinetown - New Germany - never lived there and never will - so clearly your Fica documents are accurate as well

Clean up your act Vodacom
