****** and Disrespected

I have been trying for over 5 years to stop a modem contract with Vodacom, and each time the expiry date comes close, I am told the contract terms is not over and as a result I need to wait until the term expires to cancel it. I have not used any data on that number in years. I found out that there is another number I am paying for but they "can't track its activity". I have been charged R134.82 and R101.00 respectively for over 5 years for these two contracts. Today I went to Centurion Vodacom to upgrade the contract of a different number that I actually use daily, and close the 2 above contracts that I don't use, only to be told I must pay over R2000 to cancel the 2 contracts. After all these years of giving them free money for accounts that I wasn't even using I am not going to pay that much for a cancellation fee. I was also informed that they have been upgrading these contracts without my consent all these years. I called in to their customer service cancellation department, and the girl told me the above information. She said that there's nothing else she can do so I asked to take up this matter with a supervisor and the consultant told me she would do so, but what she actually did was end our call and block me from calling back. Vodacom has been *****ing money from me for years now. I am frustrated, I have been **** to and ****** from my hard earned money by a massive company. I have never been with any other cell phone company since I got a phone over 20 years ago. I have been a client of Vodacom for over 2 decades and I can't believe how I've been treated.

After all this, I still wasn't able to close these contracts. Vodacom has permanently lost my trust and I will be telling anyone who asks that Vodacom is a terrible service provider and never to use them. What I want now is to close out all of my accounts with them so that I can move on from them.
