When we placed an order at this branch we were told that the will take 1-3 days. When we followed up on day 2 we learned that this branch didn't have stock at all upon ordering and paying for the service.

We are stuck with buying expensive data and not knowing when will the order arrive as the lady assisting us ****. I will escalate this further no one will lie when we have paid for a product that we don't know when will we receive
