***** and bad service from Vodacom

***** and bad service from Vodacom. I've been struggling to get an unknown number which was "upgraded" on my contract without my knowledge cancelled. I've been phoning non stop for the last 2 weeks to no avail. I've been requesting the voice recording to prove where I've given permission on that number to be upgraded but till this day have not received any help. They keep coming with the same story. I receive no feedback from them as they say they would and my money just gets debited. I lost my job and can't afford this. I went to them for help to downgrade to a lower package and end up with this neverending ****. Why should it take 7 to 14 working days to cancel a contract. Why should I be penalized to pay R2000 but nobody bothers to send me any prove of where I agreed to this number being added to my account? Why should I phone after them almost everyday? I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is the service and help I get from them? There's so many ***** cases where phones are being taken out on customers contracts without their knowledge and nothing gets done. It was even on Carte Blanche? Please tell me why I shouldn't open a case of ***** and theft against them. This will be my next step if I don't hear from them by the end of this week? And will I be getting my money back or must I phone after you again for the for the next 2 weeks?
