ANC version of a mobile network. You must pay but get no Service

I sent vodacom an email on the 14th of January 2026 to cancell my data contract, I have not used the simcard for 6 moths and now they say i owe them R2000, i cant even use they data they charged me for as they blocked the sim, I'll never in my life recomend vodacom to any of my friends Ever, I will port my number to Rain.. Please People stay away from these people, it's impossible to cancell their services and yli get charged for a service you cant use.
